Hollyn "Holly" Ledman
Student Intern-Supervised by Whitni Toson, MA, LPC-S
Hollyn joins Alamo Ranch Counseling and Wellness as a Liberty University graduate student. Hollyn obtained her bachelor’s degree in special education from Liberty University in 2019 and entered her master’s in clinical mental health counseling program in 2020. She previously worked as a school-based therapist with children ages 5-12. She thoroughly enjoyed working collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents in order to best benefit her students’ well-being both at home and in the classroom. Hollyn is working under the direct supervision of Whitni Toson as a therapist intern; she is eager to broaden her scope of knowledge as she continues her path toward becoming a licensed professional counselor.
Hollyn’s primary clinical interests include holistic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and art therapy. She is passionate about helping clients who have endured trauma, burnout, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness through integrative therapy modalities. Hollyn is devoted to promoting growth, resilience, and long-term healing by creating a customized therapeutic experience that caters to each client’s individual needs.
Hollyn enjoys Lagree Pilates, spending quality time with her pets, and going on nature walks in her free time. She is also fond of traveling, immersing herself in new cultures and customs, and experiencing the local cuisine wherever she goes.
