Jackie Hodges, M.A., LPC

Jackie Hodges is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She grew up in Corpus Christi and moved to San Antonio, where she proudly calls home. She enjoys nature walks, being by the water, and watching movies with her family.
She has been working in the counseling profession since 2008 and is passionate about helping people find the strength to empower themselves while facing difficult times. She has worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and mood disorders, such as bipolar disorder. Jackie has experience working with teens, members of the LGBTQ+ community, pregnancy loss and infertility, and the BIPOC community.
Jackie has additional training in family systems therapy and understands resistance in families and relationships, negative feedback loops, and power struggles. Her goal is to help clients improve relationship dynamics, set healthy boundaries, and learn to communicate effectively.
Jackie believes that the client and counselor work as a team to explore the client’s thoughts and feelings while collaborating to find inner strength, allowing the client to move through life feeling empowered.
